OMREB September Statistics are out....
And the news is good! For the 9th consecutive month Residential sales are up over 2015 sales. We also have a year to date total of 2,697 residential sales, this is higher than the total residential sales in 2015 which were 2,695 and still have 3 months of sales. With inventory low, it is a great time to list your home.
